Well its all most over I have power but the repeater is down I hope it just
no  power?
I have a sump pump if some one need to use it. Also I will be monitoring the
OUT PUT OF THE REPEATER 146.985 simplex
If that does not work use 10 meters 28.350 MHZ

Forgot to add the last part to this message.  If the repeater goes down or
if our repeater is in emergency use mode, please use 2 meters, 146.580
simplex ,to communicate, chat, etc.

Subject: Radio Protocol for Irene


As you all know, we are now under Irene's wrath; and we have a lot of people
monitoring our repeater, K3CAL, including people listening to scanners.
While operating during this emergency, we need to keep a professional tone
in our communications.  Please give ample time for the repeater to drop down
and reset to see if there is other traffic.  Also, let's keep chats down to
a minimum so we can properly monitor this emergency.
