Forgot to add the last part to this 
message.  If the repeater goes down or if our repeater is in emergency use 
mode, please use 2 meters, 146.580 simplex ,to communicate, chat, 
etc.

As you all know, 
we are now under Irene's wrath; and we have a lot of people monitoring our 
repeater, K3CAL, including people listening to scanners.  While operating 
during this emergency, we need to keep a professional tone in our 
communications.  Please give ample time for the repeater to drop down and 
reset to see if there is other traffic.  Also, let's keep chats down to a 
minimum so we can properly monitor this emergency.
