Ron unfortunately spent most of the day with Dave and Bob since our repeater went down this morning. Will update you tomorrow, trying to get it re-tuned; Transmitter and amp.
Hope you got to hear the satellite.. Bob and I had to pass.

Jim-

No digital modes at this time. I will be listening for the downlink FM if I can get outside for the passes. (Don't know the work load today.)

Ron

Thanks Ron, do you have the digital mode BPSK-1000, or the SSTV if you record any of those I would like to see the images and hear the message copy of the new digital mode. I will try to listen to the FM downlinks.

Hi, guys!

Here is some info on Arissat1. It is being tossed out of the ISS airlock soon. Be sure to check out the info on the sites at the end of the email.

ARISSat-1, to be deployed by hand from
the ISS tomorrow morning, will be a big
hit in schools, clubs and the news media.

I hope many of you/us in the club will
go outside with an HT to hear some of the
initial passes!
