I don't know the current requirements of an NRD 93, but if you need 
24VDC at 3-8Amperes, one of these should server very well as an AC to DC

I would ask Universal Radio if they service JRC otherwise contact Peter 
Kito (JRC sales rep)  PeterKito at JRCAmerica.com  to ask what he might 
recommend.
