Many of the parts in the power supply are unique (proprietary) parts. These
unique parts are no longer available, even in Japan. That's one of the
reasons that lead JRC to stop making the radio - they could no longer get
the parts.

Kenny,
It should be possible to get an outboard 60V switching power supply to
replace the internal JRC one from an industrial supplier. It wouldn't need
to supply 30a continuously - that would be 1800 watts. The power amp puts
out 150 watts, so even if it were only 33% efficient, the input would only
be 450 watts.
It may also be possible to substitute non-proprietary parts in the original
supply if you can find some that have similar specs, assuming you can get
specs on the proprietary ones. That would take some research.
If you do decide to part it out, I would be interested in the monitor and
tone boards.
