Dale,

As far as I know, and my knowledge is several years old, Universal Radio is
the only place that repairs JRC amateur gear in this country. Last I
checked, the person who had been trained to do so was no longer working
there full time. If service manuals are still available, you should be able
to get one through them. If not, you might check to see if JRC still has an
office on the west coast. The monitor boards have been discontinued, so I
don't know if they are obtainable. I have occasionally seen the speakers for
sale on ebay. I built one rather than buying a matching speaker because I
wanted better low-frequency response to be able to zero-beat CW signals more
accurately.
