Hi Dick,

No, not as far as I know. JRC is a very old company (Nihon Musen K.K.) which
was established in 1915, and was a major defence contractor to Imperial
Japanese forces during WW2.

JVC (Victor Company of Japan, Limited ) was established in 1927 and was a
joint venture with RCA Victor Corporation at one time. They still use the
RCA "His Master's Voice" logo with the fox terrier and gramophone.

Several of the radio sets on this site are JRC products.

Subject: [JRC] JRC - JVC?

Is there a relationship between the Japan Radio Company and the Japan Victor
company?
