[JRC] JST-245 Low Tx Output 160 Meters

Hello Gentlemen:

I have a JST-245 with low transmitter output on the low side of the 160 
Meter band.  I recall a long while back in time a few 245 owners had 
similar problems.

Was there ever a published fix on this problem before I tear into this 
radio?  I do have some ideas, but  it's always a good practice to see if 
someone has been there already.
