Luigi,

I built a speaker for my JST-245 rather than getting the matching speaker. I
did this because I wanted to make sure it had good bass response for zero
beating CW signals. I haven't seen much JRC equipment for the -145 or -245
on ebay. There may be some other ham sale sites that you might keep an eye
on. The only ones I know about are:

romZR4QQsacatZ4670QQsocmdZListingItemList

http://www.eham.net/classifieds/

http://www.swap.qth.com/

Perhaps someone else can add to the list.

Bob AD3K

Good morning folks. As you know, I am quite new in
the forum and with my JRC-JST-145.

This morning for the first time in a long time, I was
able to completely hear my favorite SWL Program
DXPARTYLINE from HCJB at Quito Ecuador. I had to cut
the hearing of this great program for SWL on 12005 khz
due to the fact that Radio Havana Cuba is just 5 down
on 12000 khz.

With the help of the "Narrow" filter and the PBS
button on my JST I was able to totally wipe the
interference caused by RHC a thing I was unable to do
with my beloved TS-570S.

Nevertheless for thoese of you out there who might
also like SWLing pleas kindly note the effective this
monday, RHC (????) will cease using this frequency at
this hour .

On a seoarate question; Is there any place where I
could start looking, searching in the Automaic Tuner
for my 145, mic and or ext speaker? Please kindly let
me know.

May you have a nive day.

73s

Hector (Luigi) Perez NP4FW
