[JRC] Release of RxWings v2 upgrade / service pack 1

This is to let you know that I released an RxWings v2 upgrade / 
service pack 1.

RxWings 2 and the upgrade are control programs that support
short wave listening and dx-ing with the AR7030, NRD-535/545 
and the RX320.
