[JRC] NRD-525 + CMH-532 (Mac) experts?

I'm trying connect my old 525 with CMH-532 RS-232c interface to a 
Macintosh Powerbook with
keyspan serial adapter. (RS-422)
I have used the original manuals with the CMH-532 Pin asignement table. 
  (correct data?)

On the NRD RS-232c i connect pin 2 (SG) 6 (RD) and 9 (SD) to pin  7 
(SG), 2 (SD), and 3 (RD) to a
DB-25-Mac modem cable. Software Is MacLoggerDX 3.1. OS X 10.2.6

Problem is, it works only in one direction; the RX recieves data from 
the computer but won't send back any data
to the software. How can i test the CMH-532 with the computer, telnet ?

I'm puzzled. Anyone ?
