Hi Fabio:
Although I don't have any information specific to the 245, It's my understanding
the "line out" means that the signal is intended to drive a 600 Ohm load and
it's amplitude is a constant value, maybe 1 mW. This is way more than comes out
of a microphone so don't feed it directly into a MIC input.
The AGC will be however you set it.
