hi folks  i am new to the list..  i just purchased a beautiful =
previously owned jst-245  it is loaded and has all filters..  one =
problem..  the cw narrow will not come on from the front panel control.. =
 i opened it up and the dip switches on s2 are not all turned on..  i =
scoured the user  and service manual and neither indicate which =
direction is  ON ???   seems like a silly omission..  but then the =
manual is not very well translated..  can anyone help me with the "on =
position"  toward the front  or rear of the rig  thanks in advance  73  =
