I just bought an NRD-515 and it arrived broken.  I have not been able to
discuss the problem with the seller.  Basically, the receiver appears to
in-op.  The S meter is deflected fully to the right, no matter adjustments
are made to the RF gain and anything else that might cause this.  I am
unable to receive any signals.

Who is working on these things these days????  Does Universal still have a
good tech?  Any help would be appreciated.  This is my first post to this
list.
