[JRC] JST-245 wierd on 160 meters

My 245 stopped transmitting full power across the 160 meter band. It seems to 
reduce power across the middle of the band but works fine at the top and 
bottom of the 16 meter band, and it is working fine on all of the other 
bands. 

Tried testing into a Bird dummy load, with no difference.

Any ideas?

Maybe I should do the continuous transmit power-on sequence? I forgot the 
button sequence during power-on, can anyone remind me?

Of course this happens right before the ARRL 160 meter CW contest...
