[Johnson] Need information on original Ranger

I believe 1614s were the original factory modulator tubes. They were
often replaced with 6L6s I believe as the 1614s
are a bit hard to find. 6CL6s are miniature tubes used in some Collins S
line gear as drivers for the PA pair.
