The 4 pin plug is Amphenol 91MPM4L. A bit pricey today.
I believe the hole size is very close to the much common 4 pin microphone
jack that was found at places like Radio Shack and even at hamfests. The
4 pin jack and plug are cheap typically going for around $3 or $4 a
piece.
I think, but don't remember, that you can use the 5 pin, Amphenol
91MPM5L, but you have to cut off one pin.
These plugs were popular as mike plugs on some of the early tube CB rigs.
Lafayette used them. They were also used on several Kenwood auto stereo
speaker connections.
