[Johnson] Viking Thunderbolt

Made a little progress on preparing this for operation. I have a 220V power 
line installed for the power supply.
I applied 120V to the Tbolt via the 3 prong socket, and all the tubes 
filaments, except for the final tubes lit.
Looks like they have their own filament xfmr. From what I can tell it looks 
like maybe someone put one of the primary
wires on the wrong spot on a terminal strip but not sure. Is there a chassis 
interlock mechanism on this somewhere
that could be disabling power to this transformer?
