That Thunderbolt is so old and outdated it will cause you nothing but trouble, even if it looks brand new. Just send it to me and save yourself lots of headaches. I'll even come get it.

It seems unlikely that the HV caps would change value much with applied voltage, but I do wonder. Is it common for that kind of cap to drift with age?
