A "coax deadline" will not make this thing work. But, if you want to
connect a 50 ohm unbalanced line (coax) between the tuner and the
antenna, that info is in the matchbox manual.

 I just got a matchbox 250 and and a hw-32a I am installing a 20 meter
dipole how do you hookup a coax deadline to this.thanks
