[Johnson] Johnson 500 Spot Level

Low spot level on the 500 is frustrating but normal. The Collins 32V's 
have the same issue. On those, I found that breaking the shield of the 
antenna connection when in receive made a huge improvement. I haven't 
tried this on the 500.
