[Johnson] Ranger II Front Panel Repair Question

A Ranger II I picked up was severely abused by a former owner.


He drilled a hole in the front panel for a Toggle Switch. What is

the best way to repair that hole ( it's about 1/2" in dia.).


After that repair I will need to find someone that can paint and

re-screen the panel. Any suggestions on who ?
