 Anything I need to be extra careful about?

 Well several thing come to mind. Big power resistor under the chassis often are bad. Take the roller inductor assembly apart and clean the coil w/ silver polish (paste). Check for broken tension spring on the shaft for the roller. Check audio driver transformer sometimes open. Clean the metering switch very well, any resistance in the contacts will give you a goofy reading. Don't put a shield on the 6AL5 as it can cause arcing from the plate choke.
