[Johnson] in search of Courier coupling switch

Hi all,

I have been troubleshooting my Courier amp only to find I have a badly 
cracked Coupling wafer switch. Taking a shot in the dark and wondering 
if anyone might have a junker amp laying around that could spare the 
coupling switch. Am trying here first before I start looking elsewhere 
or trying to figure out what else to do..
