[Johnson] viking invader problerm

I have a procedure for the alignment of the 9MHz oscillator that is an 
improvement over that in the manual.  It's in an old letter from Johnson 
about the procedure used in the factory.  I don't have time to dig it 
out right now, but I will this evening.
