Bob,

Your post is interesting because I have a Pacemaker sitting on the back
shelf in my workshop with the same problem. It's been sitting there
ignored for a couple of years after I gave up on getting 90 degree phase
shift on 20M. It 's been awhile since I worked with it so I don't
remember exactly what I did with the module but I did pull it and
replace some thing(s) inside it. It wasn't too bad of a job to pull it.

If you find any solution to the problem, I would like to know.

There are two possible outcomes: if the result confirms the hypothesis,
then you've made a measurement.
If the result is contrary to the hypothesis, then you've made a discovery.
