[Johnson] Ranger died

Awww...

My Johnson Ranger is down. I had been using it on 80 and 160 and when I 
finished (about a half hour) and was looking at my computer I heard an 
unhappy sizzling sound and smelled the familiar roasted transformer 
smell. Last year I recapped it so I doubt if one of those took it down. 
I'll set it aside and eventually peek inside to see what happened. 
Whenever I have smelled that same thing in the past the post mortem was 
not a happy affair.

I was debating just retiring it permanently but I saw on TV where 
Motorola is now a Google Company! I *must* keep the Ranger going. There 
is no way E F Johnson is going to morph into a Google company or 
computer with an antenna.
