The E.F. Johnson transmitter sales figures were provided by Bill Marvin,
KB9IV, back in the 90's, who works('d) at E.F. Johnson. Bill provided the
info to Butch, K0BS, and somewhere down the line I got a copy of them. I
believe similar info was also published in E.R. back around the same
time.
