[Johnson] Civility

ACTUALLY, "Sales", within some sort of reasonable limits are NOT against MY
rules. As for insults, once they get past the veiled variety, they will not
be tolerated. I'd probably suggest they be taken off public even before
then. In this case, I wasn't here to catch it in time. Incidentally, I'm NOT
ruling FOR or AGAINST anyone here-it just does not belong, here. 

Anyone not complying with such a 'suggestion' will be removed and banned.

Insults are still insults Ed, no matter how written. Liles and Carling make
a point of it and it should be stopped NOW.

Carling should also be banned from his commercial sales on all these forums,
its strictly against policy the last time I looked.
