[Johnson] Navigator Panel Repair/Replacement

Howdy.
 
The time has come to think about the front panel for my Navigator.   
Someone with apparently poor eyesight replaced the failed original meter with a  4 
inch (yes 4 inch) meter, otherwise I've got a nice looking front panel.   
Happily the meter has a relatively smaller meter housing so the hole wasn't  
enlarged as much as it might have been.
 
Is anyone aware of someone silk screening new panels if I make one from new 
 metal, or that's really good a panel repair work of this type, if it is 
even  possible?  The fix does not need to be perfect, but the 4 inch meter  
has to go.
