[Johnson] Johnson T-R Switch Receiver muting

I wish I knew where my Post Versalog was!  I used it through my last 2 
years of high school, college, and for several years on the job.  Then 
someone stole it from my desk.  After that I used a Pickett circular 
rule at my desk and carried a small Pickett in my shirt pocket.  No 
pocket protector though.
