Anyone out there who is particularly knowledgeable about the oscillator and buffer stages in the Viking 1 AM/CW transmitter?  The oscillator and buffer stages in my Viking 1 are not working, I have swapped out the tubes a couple of times and have been making measurements over and over but can't find the problems are with the Viking 1.
