[Johnson] Modifying the Johnson KW for 160m

Looking to get in touch with anyone that has modifyed the Desk KW for 160m operation. I do have a copy of the ER magazine #21 written by W7FG sk. detailing his modifications. Looking to find out how well it works for you, and if its a worthwhile modification, etc. I do have other transmitters that I can use on 160.
