[Johnson] WTB or Borrow: Original Pacemaker Manual

I just picked up a Pacemaker and need a manual for it.
 
If someone has an original manual for sale, I'd be interested in buying  it.
 
If, on the other hand, you have an original manual that you'd like to keep, 
 could I borrow it to make a good scan?  The current scan on BAMA is not  
very good.  I have a commercial high resolution scanner at work that will  
scan up to 11x17 at 600 dpi.  For your trouble, I would a) pay postage both  
ways, b) provide you with a quality reprint, including foldout schematic, to  
save wear and tear on your original and c) make the scan freely  available 
to anyone (I'm not in the manual copy business).
