[Johnson] Johnson Invader

I need some help from some one knowledgeable about the Invader 200.  I 
have run into a problem with mine.

In SSB mode the bias does not switch from standby -145V to operate  -61V 
when either  the Operate switch is in the Manual position or the PTT 
position with the mike PTT switch closed.  It does function in CW and I 
can tune to full output in Manual CW mode.

I can not seem to follow the wiring lines through the schematic to trace 
the bias circuit.

Ideas anyone?
