I have 4 volts RMS at the grid of the first mixer which is what is called for. The plate has 1/2 volt RMS. It is suppose to have 1 1/2 volts RMS. I used 80 meters for the measurements because the osc. part of the tube is not used. All the DC voltages are normal. The meter is a HP RF volt-meter. Any ideas? Thank you.
