[Johnson] Ranger Resistor Needed

You don't really have to replace that resistor if you are willing to do a
simple modification. I don't have the details at hand but the overall
effect is to considerably reduce the power dissipation in the Ranger while
eliminating the 30K resistor. I made that change to my Ranger a year ago
based on information I found on the web. I'll look it up if you want me to
but you can probably get the info faster via Google "Johnson Ranger
modification".
