[Johnson] Ranger I Driver Transformer

Mike,

I used the Antique Electronic Supply (www.tubesandmore.com) P-T156 in a
couple of my Johnson transmitters for replacement. These are 3 to 1
inter-stage transformers designed for coupling from plate to push/pull
grids. If you are going for highly modified audio, one of the heavier
core units might make sense but for stock audio these work fine.
Hammond has a number of units available also and they are likely the
source for the one Antique sells.
