[Johnson] White Pointers for Johnson knobs

I've used both white lollypop rods and also the rods that are used with
Q-tips. Cut to length required, put a very thin layer of clear nail
polish on the rod and shove it into the hole of the knob. Let dry. Lots
of handy stuff around the house.
