Ray,

What steps in the alignment process did you go through, and what were 
the results at each step?  A little more information would be helpful to 
assist in a diagnosis of the problem(s).

Do you know anything about them before you observed the low output 
problem?  Were they working and suddenly quit or did you acquire them in 
their present state?
