[Johnson] Need Info on Johnson Viking Ranger 12V PTT Circuit and other improvements

Phil Salas, AD5X, has a number of great ideas for the Ranger.  With a few changes I followed his suggestions and like the results.
Search for his name/callsign and you will see a lot of good ideas.
