I've never paid any attention to the underbelly of a Viking II.  
However, any time I need hardware that isn't available at my local 
supplier, I go to the McMaster Carr online catalog.  
http://www.mcmaster.com The item you need is probably called a Bumper.  
There is a wide variety on pages 3698-3702.  Just enter one of the page 
numbers in the "Find" box to get started.
I hope that you can find a suitable replacement.
