[Johnson] Help finding 2 pin mic connectors for Valiant and or Ranger

It is not necessary to change out the 2 pin connector for a 4 pin one in 
order to add PTT to the Ranger.  Pin 1 carries audio, Pin 2 is PTT and 
both work against ground (shell).
