[Johnson] Johnson 122 VFO and Lafayette HA-90 VFO manufacture dates?

I think the Johnson 122 VFO which was originally used with the Viking I and II transmitters was produced in the middle fifties?  Anyone have a more exact time period.

Also I have  been using the Lafayette HA-90 VFO with much success, it has its own power supply which is nice if you want to use it with multiple rigs.  Does anyone know when this device was produced?  I have some catalogs from Allied and Lafayette in the 1959 thru 1975 but no listing for either VFO.
