Apparently the needed cable plug is Amphenol Series 91-MPM5L.  A WPI  
catalog I have shows them.  No doubt they can be had, even if from  
some surplus house.

Oh GOODness. I have not bought any for longer than that.  Maybe the  
ones in my stash are ok, then!
