[Johnson] Invader 200 5 Pin Amphenol Connectors

The plug is an Amphenol product.  My 1968 Allied Radio catalog gives it 
as Amphenol Series 91-MPM5L.

I don't know if the company that makes the old line of Amphenol 
connectors is making this one.
