Hello All,

In search of a winter project to keep an old man busy, the thought of a
physical restoration of my Johnson Desk KW has risen to the top of the list.
So, is there anyone out there in cyber space that has gone down this road?
I'd rather not reinvent the wheel.

The electrical side of things are running fine at this moment! This piece of
equipment is the winter station, driven by an old Ranger and paired with a
R-390/A receiver. If I were to repaint the desk, I think finding someone in
the winter months would be easier. The painter might have more time on their
hands as well. While on the topic of paint, has anyone found a very close or
perfect match?

Item #2 that needs attention is the covering on the desk. What have others
used to match the original vinyl on the desk? I really have to get mine
replaced!
