That cap is a TV doorknob used because they were dirt cheap and not RF rated 
thus the serious overkill in voltage rating. Use a 1000pf 5KV RF rated 
doorknob which is a readilly available value. If you really need 1200 then 
add a 200 in parallel as 1200 is a non standard value. These doorknobs are 
common in 1000W + amps.
