[Johnson] Johnson knob indicators

I found the perfect material for replacing those pesky missing white 
indicators used on many Johnson knobs. From Small Parts Inc 
(www.smallparts.com); 1/8" PTFE (Teflon) round stock. Nice and white and 
cuttable with a sharp razor blade. Cut a piece 0.2" long and force into the 
hole. No glue required. Small Parts order number is ZRT-02-06 (for a 6" 
length) at a whopping $1.25
ZRT-02-12 (for a 12" length) at $2.05.

Shipping is reasonable and there is no min order.
