Paul,

This is a known problem.  Roger in a reply message mentions "the  
keying modification".  I can't remember what that is, but:

I will send separately my notes file on the Valiant to you - the  
problem may well be in there somewhere.  I have not looked into it  
yet. I seem to remember this trouble being mentioned before here on  
the list.
